My expertise in web design is in making simple, functional websites like the one you are on (though admittedly I put this site together in a matter of hours). Style sheets and java are above my head; I use old fashioned DIVs to put things together, and an occasional table. I do not work with flash.

Web design is a tricky thing to charge for, however. I will take orders for web design on a case by case basis. Starting fees for website creation run $30 from scratch. Increases in price can include, but are not limited to, anything on this list:

- design complexity
- multiple pages
- specific fonts
- stock images (that are not free)
- logo creation
- etc.

As for HTML coding with premade graphics, obviously the cost will be lower. Alternatively, if you need the graphics but not the coding, again, the price will be lower.

For websites, you are responsible for the website's content. I do not write content for you.
